My interaction with Mark was flawless. Instead of trying to push the vehicle I bought, Mark was laid back yet very informative. Although I CARFAX’d prior to my visit, he provided ALL the history on the car without me bringing anything up. There wasn’t a moment of “Hmm he left that out” like I have experienced in the past at other dealerships.
The ride along was pretty cool, he Wanted me to take it on the freeway, Wanted me to mess with the all the buttons inside the car, etc.. He said “I want you to be sure you want this car and that there are NO surprises”.
To Mark, I appreciate the experience, treating both my wife & I with care, and being straight forward talking business without being around the bush. I am definitely recommending my friends and family.

Mark has set the standards high for anyone who has to deal with me and my car in the future. Mark has taken time out of his day to educate me about my vehicle, seek advice from experts in the area if he didn’t know the answer, and once did research for me (without me asking him to do so) and saved me at least $800 in work on my car with his discovery. He very much cares about the people that come to him looking for their next vehicle and genuinely wants the transaction to be a win-win situation for both parties when selling you a car.
