No water leaks, no solf spot on floor nor on roof. Itʼs a hybrid so it has 3 queen beds and 2 full size. Couch turns into bed dinning as was well. New awning fabric and Iʼm a carpenter so I installed water proof Vinyl laminated wood floors... everything work water heater, freezer and fridge. Kitchen like new microwave, stove , oven works. Water heater works. Has 2 gas tanks and 12volt batteries... fridge works electric and gas. Bathroom like new. The out side need buff paint looks a little flat but be buffed and yes also has a slide out works perfectly.... change all lights inside to white LED. 4 Music system with inside and outside speakers, new caulking just be safe... 4 jack stabilizers.....comes with electric tung jacks....itʼs completely water proof.
