1986 double wide, 66x28 total of 1848 sq ft plus addition that’s close to 400-500 sq ft that’s also movable, 5 bedroom 2 bath, electric works we tested and neighbor said the plumbing and water works yet well needs a new pump, so far I know for sure that the home will need a new roof, due to bad roof a few areas will need ceiling repairs and few areas need floor repairs, kitchen and bathrooms needed too, needs new paint everywhere, some vinyl and all new carpet. Good for someone who can do the work themselves as they can make some money on this, it’s a beautiful floor plan with hard to find square footage. Home definitely has potential from my research. I do understand all the work involved and the cost of moving the home so price is very low and it is negotiable. Title is on hand ready to go. Need to sell ASAP. You can repair everything by purchasing everything on offer up and repairs won’t cost you more than $2000 for new paint, carpet, panels, etc I looked into it but I can’t do construction work. After researching online I found that a home this size will fly easy for $50,000 if repaired if not even more. Please verify everything yourself and you are welcome to get inspection done to help. We aren’t construction people however we had a neighbor who is and he told us it’s fixable and even in such condition worth 10k but I’m not sure how correct that is. He also told us that the previous owner passed away so bank took the home since it had a mortgage and in this process time nobody cared for it and that’s the only reason why it’s in such shape, the neighbor said it was very well cared for all these years when owner was alive. We were told the owner was a nice elderly woman. Home does need to be moved and they have space in Sultan, WA for this size home right now.
