I'm a first time car buyer and my sister recommended AutoNation after purchasing from them previously. Everyone was sooo nice and amazing. Not pushy at all. From meeting Bobby Dominguez at the door and taking my test drives to completing my purchase with Derrick Hoffpauir, I have zero complaints and would recommend AutoNation to anyone.

I was very nervous getting my first vehicle but with the people who work at AutoNation and my sister by my side I feel comfortable and excited with my decision to have made my purchase through them. 🙌😁

We couldn’t be more livid with this dealership right now! On 09/23/2025 we purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab they had just got in. They kept the truck for 4 days before we could get it. We paid cash. The first thing they did wrong was charge us for a fraudulent NMAG Inspection of $295 which was presented to us as being mandatory. There is no law in NM that requires this at all It is the cost of doing business to make sure that cars and trucks are safe and road worthy. There is a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty for the State of NM as well. Well today is day 15 of that for us since we got possession of the truck. Today we took the truck to Meinke to have it looked at. We got the call that no one would want to hear. The truck needs a new engine because there is metal in the oil. Someone had recently just been in the engine. Which makes sense because Autonation supposedly replaced the exhaust manifold, Camshaft, Lifters and all that. Our salesman verbally told us that when we picked it up. The reason why we couldn’t pick up the vehicle right away was because they needed to “inspect” it. They made us e sign paperwork and one of them stated that we already had a copy of the inspection. Did not realize this until i got the email and printed out the paperwork. We did NOT in fact have the inspection report! We were also told that when they did their inspection that they would go over everything. They did not just handed it to us. I spoke with TJ the main manager and he asked me what would make us happy. At the time we wanted at least the $295 inspection fee back. He said he would do that because he didn’t want to lose a customer over 300 dollars. Now we are absolutely livid knowing that they knew what was wrong with the truck to begin with! It needs a new engine now because of whoever went in and opened up the engine. The truck has meticulous records through car fax and it had been well taken care of. Another thing that was never pointed out was the truck has been repainted. We knew that is had a minor fender bender but it was pointed out that this repaint had been recent. There fender bender was years ago and not recent. This is another thing that was supposed to be disclosed by law. Do not ever buy anything from this place! Unfortunately TJ is out of the office until Tuesday when I called.They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a Veteran ( my husband)
It’s sad because we really do love the truck but we certainly did NOT think we would be ripped off so bad! Update: Autonation put stop leak in the radiator so to mask the leak hoping it would hold! At this point I wouldn’t have them touch the truck. We want our refund and title so we can be done with them! Horrible Horrible dealership! They knew there was a leak and never ever discussed it with us! Just handed us an “inspection” sheet and never went over it! Well TJ said he would call back that was two days ago and still nothing! According to their “ inspection” that they reported to CarFax they did a wheel alignment and rotation. We started to hear a thumping noise this morning and wow just wow the tires were loose! They did the brakes but didn’t flush out the system. And the hits just keep coming! I mean by ALL means NEVER buy anything from these guys EVER! Just got a call back although not TJ they state the title should be available after the 21st. However the $295 check “takes along time” sounds like it’s time to obtain a lawyer since they do this all the time to people just go research and look
it up! We just contacted several of the news media outlets here and they want to do a story! They want to know if anyone else has had this experience. We will be interviewing here next week! This needs exposure! Update  called MVD this morning and they said Auto Nation should have given us the paperwork and title the day we bought it. Called them back and they said they had to hold it for 21 business days because people can change their mind. We paid cash with a bank cashiers check. Got the title and refund this morning. After 21 days of nonsense!

Excellent dealership. Jayson, Tim, and Daysean were pleasant to deal with. The whole deal was seemly the easiest deal I have ever had. I highly recommend checking them out. They will treat you right.

Me and my Fiancé went on Tuesday, Tim and Derek were amazing! Derek made everything extremely understandable and even went through the hassle to find us the lowest interest rate for first time buyers.

Definitely will be coming back for another car from y’all!

I wish I could give them a better rating but unfortunately I can't and here is why.

First off. the sales agent tried to pull a very illegal act by trying to sell me a 3 year extended warranty by stating that I will not get a lower interest rate at 23.99% if I didn't purchase it it would be 29.99% after contacting my financial advisor he clearly stated and showed proof that if am approved for a lower rate thats what am approved for trying to sell me extra on top of the loan for a lower rating is highly illegal. And low and behold after telling him that it makes zero sense I got the 23.99% still high but not 29.99 as stated without the warranty.
The sales representative will not hold up to his end of the deal with calling you back for any concerns that you might have you call and will go straight to voice mail.

2nd reason $15.000+ for a 2015 nissan frontier with 124.000 miles that has damage to basically the whole truck. When purchased they tried to hide the tailgate trim by placing it back on the truck with nothing to secure it quite honestly am surprised it didn't blow off on the test drive. And what do you think could have happened at highway speeds ?

3rd. I have had multiple issues with this truck since purchased it has been in there shop 2 times. First time it was there they had the truck from monday to Friday stated that everything was fixed. Got home looked over everything that was supposed to be fixed and for the entire week that they had the truck all that was done was the trim work for the tailgate was replaced.
Neglected the fact that the vehicle was there for a throttle body boot replacement and my left windshield sprayer and an extreme fuel leak smell that I had to find myself. They stated that they would replace my charcoal evap filter. That never happened.

3rd took the vehicle back in they had it for a day this time got the spayer and intake fixed. Then the management stated they replaced the evap canister.
This time I looked under the truck and behold the old canister. Still Neglected to replace the canister.

Hang in there it gets better! After driving the vehicle for awhile now the vehicles serpentine belt has started to screech bad on start up and will do this for around 20 mins. I stated I want that belt replaced as well. And the management stated that it passed our 125 point inspection now i don't know who is inspecting your vehicles but they clearly are not doing there job.

And please note i have a 3 month powertrain warranty or 4000 miles.

That serpentine belt is part of the warranty. And you failed the 125 point inspection.

Bottom line is you sold me a vehicle knowing that it needed work and did not state that it needed work mechanically. In fact the sales representative stated "mechanically sound zero issues"

Update!!!!!!! After 4 months of ownership truck has overheated and blew the engine coolent sprayed all over my windshield almost causing me to crash at 70mph! Thanks alot autonation!!!! Your mechanics are the scum of this earth.... and yall should absolutely be held accountable!
