Leather couch and chair set with ottomans. Couch is in good condition overall. There is a light fabric on the underside of the chairs that is in poor shape and holds in the foam. However, chairs are still very comfortable. A few small discolorations on different pieces. Couch is 85” in length, 33.5” in depth. Chairs are 37..5” in length and 33.5” in depth. Planning to sell as a set, but open to splitting. Pick up in Brea.
