Description

❗*****❗YES IT IS AVAILABLE.❗*****❗ $1700 cash or cashier's check only. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION. $155 to register and transfer to California plates. I have the title in hand! Clean record, third owner. I'm willing to deliver this for buyers only. 23 feet long. Newer tires (2018) Paperwork for oil change. ****I do not know the engine.**** THE GOOD: No smog required. Air conditioner works great. Working fridge, stove, oven, plumbing, bathroom, shower, toilet all working. Floor was redone with carpet and linoleum, no weak spots or water damage on floor. Runs and drives. Drove from Seattle to So Cal just fine. Water pump works, interior lights work. Livable, I lived in this rv for 4 months with my dog. Less then 85k mileage. THE BAD: 2 fuses need to be replaced for livingroom lights to work ($30). The waste valve outside needs to be replaced ($90). The throttle needs to be adjusted. It is an easy fix, I just don't have time. Because of this you have to keep the gas pedal down a little or it stalls. It runs great otherwise. The roof vents/windows don't open and one needs to be replaced ($80). The fuel gauge is not hooked up, every 200 miles you have to fuel up. It travels 280 miles before running out. The back window had leaked at some point and the panel, NOT THE WALL itself, just the panel got wet. It's $35 at Lowe's to fix but it's not necessary. It does not leak now, it has been fixed. NO LEAKS. Total: $235 in repairs. THINGS TO NOTE: There is a duel fuel tank but don't know if the other one works? I haven't used it. The roof is a solid, rounded peice, good news, no leaking! "Bad" news the last owner was hauling a horse trailer and cracked it. It was fixed immediately but there is a scar. Only cosmetic, no damage to frame or anything. This was about 15 years ago. Don't notice unless you're looking for it. Desperately needs a paint job. Not pretty but functional. Other than...
