Better than new, custom factory ordered, 2016 Flagstaff MAC 176LTD. Still smells like new and always garage stored, only used a handful of times! This unit was custom ordered from the factory with 3 full length beds (Dinette is turned to trailer width) that allows for a longer 3rd bed (Full 78" length vs. the normal 64"). This setup gives the unit 2 Full beds and one oversized Twin. We have slept 3 adults and 2 kids comfortably and you could easily sleep 4 adults and 2 kids (2 adults in each full sized bed and 2 smaller kids in the twin).  See floor plan photo.  It also includes an extra set of factory made canvas panels. This is a $1500 or more value that will allow you to replace the canvas 10-20 years or so down the road. Upgrades also include: a second propane tank, alloy wheels and high speed/load rated nitrogen filled tires, awning with LED strip light, 3 burner stove (typically a raised portable 2 burner). The stove has never been used because we always cook outdoors.  Heated beds, extra comfortable mattress toppers, 3 way fridge, furnace, led interior lighting, LED running and tail lights.  The 2019 equivalent of this unit lists for $11,000 and that's without the upgrades and the extras.   Easily towable with smaller vehicles.
