I went to buy a used minivan for my family, found their vehicle that had a great carfax history, at a great price. Let me inspect and test drive with zero pressure, very friendly staff. I saw that the car had an engine light that was on.

After test driving, I noticed that there was some shuttering at certain RPMs. They diagnosed the error codes on the spot for me and brought it back to their mechanic. They fixed the issue by the next day (replaced a fuel sensor), I test drove again, and the engine was smooth as butter. Bought it right then and there! Love the car and love their staff!

I was interested in test driving a car on there lot and I gave the dealer ship my license so they can make a copy of it and the owner said I could not test drive the vehicle. Then they said I can test drive it around the lot, then owner said I couldn’t test drive at all because it’s the law she couldn’t verify my license through Va. I never heard of this when I have a valid license.

Please don’t buy from this dealer ship. When I walked away she said she felt threatened so she will be reporting me even  after I told her I could show her proof of my bald license. Please don’t buy any car from here. It’s a shame that one dealer was able to take a copy of my license and then Elite Auto Sales wouldn’t

Please think twice and stay clear from this place

They were willing to work a cash out the door price prior to me seeing the car of 13k out the door cash.

Upon getting there the service was astounding. I completely planned to leave with this (what I thought was as advertised) on their website.

But it's all just a mask they put on to sell cars. They advertise cars with "no damage", but after driving an hour from Sanford, test driving the car, and REALLY looking it over, come to find out there isn't just a couple dents and some scratches to the paint, but some more extensive damage to the undercarriage on the right front passenger tire.

Now...generally, most people wouldn't think to look there.  I guess they thought they could get away with it. I may be a female but I'm not naive. Come on guys. Do better. Stop trying to unload mis-advertised cars and they will sell even quicker and you won't get any more poor reviews as I do see this isn't the first time.

They threatened to also leave me a bad review, and they are welcome to. But you guys can really do better than this for your customers and at least advertise correctly.. Thanks for you time.
