Installed new Firestone tires, new belts and tensioner, new fuel pump, new battery, new queen mattress and canopy canvas @ approx. 60,000 mi Has not been stored and dormant, this RV is a running RV and just completed cross country trip from New Jersey to Los Angeles last month (Aug. 2019), and the year before Los Angeles to New Jersey (Aug. 2018) Used by Italian Motorcycle Racing Team "Open Eyes Dream" to break world speed records at Bonneville Speedway in Utah in Aug 2018 and 2019. Is in good working order. Ford F530 Super Duty gasoline engine with 65,500 original miles. I will tell you all of the items that need attention so you can know what you are dealing with. Items that need attention on this RV are as follows: Drivers seat and sofa have worn spots and could use attention. Plastic pedal to flush toilet is broken, but is still flushable. Hot water system is not functioning and needs to be looked at. New fuel pump installed but needs to be switched on with switch installed on steering column. One engine belt a little squeeky until engine warms up. Passenger seat sliding window latch needs replacing. Slide out functions but needs a little push to help it slide out (probably needs some lubrication). Overall this is a good running RV but could use a new owner that is savvy with tools who can give attention to the listed items.
