Vintage custom professionally framed 3D shadowbox , like new. Approximately 15” by 17”. This art piece depicts a Chicago neighborhood scene with a blue house and a "SOLD" sign. The tiny newspaper on the ground is a miniature replica of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. The "R&R" logo on the briefcase and the "SOLD" sign corresponds directly to R&R Realty Management, a family-owned real estate firm founded in Chicago in 1985 (the company's founders, Ron and Randy DeVries). The Phone Number "(contact info removed)" on the sold sign ties back to landline exchanges heavily clustered within Cook County and North Chicago. Given the inclusion of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and the prominent real estate branding, this custom 3D shadowbox was unmistakably commissioned as a commemorative closing gift. It celebrates a Chicago-area lawyer or client purchasing a home through R&R Realty.
