this beige couch is so cute but a little too big for my studio. almost brand new - i got it for $400, 2 weeks ago. selling for $300 - i am not budging on the price, as it is pretty much new. pulls out into sleeper and has a storage compartment in chaise pick up only from a second floor building. please bring someone with you to help take it down, unfortunately i will not be able to help bring this down. can come apart for easier travel! dimensions: 54"D x 83"W x 35"H
