1998 Suzuki GSX600F Katana

Selling my beloved Katana that helped me land my wife. Purchased in 2004 with 7k miles. Now has 18k. Fair weather rider. Garaged for most of its life. Covered when it was outside for a few years. Around 10k I had Seattle Cycle (still have the receipts) jet the carbs, maintenance the valves, add a K&N, add a Yoshimura pipe and then tuned everything - it made a huge difference and I was finally able to take off and keep up with friends on faster super sport bikes. It always started right up and ran strong. It’s sat in the garage for the last 4yrs and no longer starts. Carbs need to be cleaned and it should fire up. Will need a new battery and there is air in the brake lines so they need to be bled. Comes with new front pads (pictured)- discs are in good condition. It’s been down 2 times, once at 10mph with slick new tires on a cold night. The other time it was hit by a car while parked in a parking lot. Damage is cosmetic only, nothing structural at all. Those instances were around 11k and I’ve ridden it plenty since, no issues. With a little work it’ll be a great bike and last a long time. I’m selling because I finally upgraded and need the space in the garage. Have the keys and a clean title waiting for you.
