Hi! Here I have a 33’ 5th Wheel Trailer for sale. ****Clean Colorado Title in hand*** I will also provide a bill of sale. I used this pristine baby to get back on my feet and am so thankful for it. I bought it from a nice gentleman who lost his wife (sad, I know) and they barely used it- so it’s in great shape. She is ready for her next owner as I am looking to move out of the country. There are a couple things that need attention. You will need to: **Repair the blower for the onboard heater (electrical works great so I used space heaters) **Repair one arm on the awning **Might need to address the water heater- I never really used hot water but I don’t remember it ever getting real hot…… **couple cosmetic things as it’s 24 years old but nothing crazy! ****NO LEAKS***** SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE***** Everything else works amazingly. A/C , electrical, plumbing, fan and surround sound work GREAT! It’s a great trailer. Must come and tow it away yourself. I cannot deliver as I have already sold my diesel truck I used to tow it. MUST have a truck equipped with a traditional 5th wheel hitch that is a 2500 gas or above- preferably a diesel would comfortably tow this anywhere.
