Kenmore window AC Unit with Two Remotes It is a 5300 Btu/h unit that can cool down a 250-300 square foot room. I had it in a 16ft x 18ft well insulated room and it kept it cold. We used it for two seasons, then we moved and didn't need it at the new place. It's a clean unit that was removed from the window after the summer and was stored inside so it is not weathered. See the video (it's link or screenshots) for it's cooling performance: AC Unit set to 66°F with the Infrared Thermometer showing 62°F and also displaying the outside/ambient temps at approx 76.5°F Comparable AC units are selling from $180 - $230 brand new.
