Kenmore window AC Unit with Two Remotes It is a 5300 Btu/h unit that can cool down a 250-300 square foot room. I had it in a 16ft x 18ft well insulated room and it kept it cold. We used it for two seasons, then we moved and didn't need it at the new place. It's a clean unit that was removed from the window after the summer and was stored inside so it is not weathered.
