This is a beautiful rarely-worn black leather woman's coat from the French luxury designer Givenchy which originally belonged to my mother (it was a gift to her from my father), and it is in perfect condition. I cannot locate a size tag on the coat, but it is either a size Large or a generous size Medium -- this is based on my measurements, online size charts, and several friends who graciously tried the coat on to give me their opinions based on the coat sizes they wear. The approximate measurements of the coat are as follows, and are shown in several of my photos: 16"-17" across the peak of the shoulders; 22"-23" from armpit-to-armpit (with the coat placed flat on a table); 29"-30" across the bottom hem; 26"-27" sleeve length; and an overall coat length of 37"-38" from top of collar to bottom hem. The length places it between a shorter belt-length jacket and a longer trench coat, making it a very versatile item. The high quality leather is incredibly smooth and supple with beautifully-crafted braided rope design detailing on the collar, cuffs, and down the full-length lapels. The lining is in mint condition with an interior pocket on the inner-left breast, and there are two deep exterior pockets as well. The classic design of this lovely coat is one that will never go out of style, and I have it priced at less than half its true fair value.
