**USED**It's like new, My son never used it, it just collected dust and used it as storage for all his stuffed animals/toys * I did add rechargeable motion lights on each Stairway drawer * The mattress is new I left it half complete so that it's easy for you to put together The bed is 87 1/ 2 high x 98 wide x 843 / 4 inches deep. The twin loft bed on its own measures 491/ 4 high x 80 wide x 413 / 4 inches deep. The space under the bed is approximately 32 high x 75 wide x 381/ 4 inches deep. SLIDE extends 43" from bed
