**YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST 2 TALL PEOPLE TO GET THIS OUT OF MY APARTMENT AND DOWN 3 FLIGHTS OF NARROW STAIRS. PLZ WEAR SHOES WITH A DECENT TREAD TO BE SAFE!! IT’S ALSO PRETTY HEAVY!!** Must go by October 11th. Cash, PayPal, or Venmo please. Two previous owners - one of which had a cat tear up the end of one armrest but it is hardly noticeable. Very cushy! Narrow. Seats 3 with plenty of room. Cat and other accessories not included, but the 2 teal pillows in the later picture are! From a cat-friendly and smoke-free home in North Hyde Park (near Costco). Removable cushion covers for easy washing or wiping. Actually cleans pretty great. It’s in great shape, but come see it for yourself! I just can’t take it to my new place, sadly. I will miss it very much. 🍑🛋️💖😭
