I moved into Skywater Apartments off of Tempe Town Lake in September. I need to find someone who can take over my lease for a spacious studio apartment, 3rd floor with a pool view, elevators, fully upgraded, amenities galore, gas stovetop, large walk in closet, dark wood floors, double door fridge with ice and water maker and more. Rent is about $1183 after taxes, fees etc. (base rent is $1097) the same studio is going for over $1250 on the website right now. It is a gorgeous apartment but I have decided to move in with my boyfriend so I’m trying to find options outside of breaking my lease. Let me know if you are interested and I will send you more pictures of the inside of the apartment.
