This will stay on it, you can remove it if you don’t like it. Comes with a magnetic case that supports the 1st gen Apple Pencil which is also included and the tablet wakes up when the case is opened which is a great feature. Note the “WIFI only” tablet, refurbished by Apple is selling for 379$ on the Apple site.
