The metal needs to be painted and the straps on the chairs need to be replaced. You don’t have to replace them with straps…you can just put three-quarter inch plywood to rest on the metal braces and then just put the cushion over it. The Lazy Susan in the center turns well and it has a center hole for an umbrella. The width between the armrest on the chairs is just under 22 inches. The chairs do come with the cushions listed, they’re faded, but not torn on either side. Good set for a great price.
