I originally talked to the original location in Montclair but Bellflower was closer. With any car buying process, just always make sure you do your due diligence so you know what you are getting into. I will say the service was professional and the showroom/waiting area was very welcoming. Having an upscale, inviting atmosphere helps—it shows the company is investing in the customer and in themselves. The inventory manager Jimmy was very communicative from the start and the sales associate Bryan was top notch. Overall we had a really smooth and pleasant car buying experience.  During an Internet search I found the exact vehicle we were looking for at STG Auto Group.  The car was like new with very low mileage and priced well below book value.  I contacted them and received an immediate response, so we set up an appointment to go see the car.
