Drove in from a add-on CarGurus showing a Ford Transit for the price of 15,556. After looking at the van and then asking the price they told me it's $20,000 out the door. Ask him what kind of dealer fee and where are they charging they told me $199 for the dealer fee and the 6.5 % sales tax. Then I showed them the ad and they told me oh that's just a price to get people that come in and then they add $2,000 to that price. I asked where this 2000 price add-on comes in and they didn't have an answer and was just told that's how they're told to work the deal and if you were to look the vehicle up on a car value site you would see that the price was higher than what they were advertising it at. So just know this is a waste of your time to come to this location unless you want to pay way over whether advertising for a vehicle that's just giving an oil change for its service at least that's what they told me the only thing that they do to the vehicles from auction.

I recently purchased a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The salesman assured me that the vehicle had been serviced, which is why I did not conduct a test drive. Due to some challenges with my credit, I was required to make a down payment of $8,500 to acquire the car. I drove from Miami to Orlando to collect the vehicle, but unfortunately, within a week of bringing it home, the oil and brake lights illuminated. I promptly contacted the owner to discuss the issue, but regrettably, he failed to return my call as promised. Consequently, I am now responsible for servicing a vehicle that was purportedly already serviced. I strongly advise others to request a service report from the dealer prior to finalizing a purchase. While I am pleased with the car itself, I am disappointed with the service I received.

Sales reps were very patient with me and my screaming baby! They knew I was coming in with bad credit and little money and were able to help me drive out with an affordable monthly payment. They made the process quick and painless and were very nice through it all. They stayed after hours to make sure the process was completed and done well. Thank you very much!
