From my Father's toolbox, this is an excellent used condition Basin Wrench. No markings which I can find. Likely made in China, but seems to be well-made. To the best of my knowledge, it was used twice. It certainly shows minimal wear, mostly some scuffs on the outside of the upper jaw. Red painted shaft is minty, chrome spring-loaded jaws are still shiny, with sharp teeth (which you really need in a basin wrench) and work perfectly. It's about 25 years old, but has spent most of its life in a toolbox. If you need one of these, you really need one! Pick up this one for a great price! Local (Cincinnati-area) pickup only.
