Not sure if this is a print or a serigraph cell but I believe its a print Black frame with white mat, honestly they've seen better days, the frame has some scratches and chips, the Matt and print have some smudges and marks too. Tried to take closeup pics of it all, see all images before purchasing please! Even though its in a bit of a rough shape, the frame and Matt can either be painted easily or just replaced with new ones A cool little piece of art that just needs to find the right owner who will enjoy it 5925 12
