The $3 shipping rate may requires removal of  some of the stuffing to get to 8 oz.  You could just go to any Build-A-Bear and have it stuffed Fuller for free or do it yourself. If you dont want me to do this please contact me before purchase. Please look closely at all photos for description of item. Message me with any questions. All reasonable offers accepted. Item sold as is. It will be shipped in a waterproof shipping bag, to save you money.  But if you would like it shipped in a box, please let me know.  I will adjust shipping rate accordingly.
