Bought brand new last summer. Ran it for the summer and then in winter had a heat pump installed. This has been sitting in my house ever since. Works great. It’s a powerful unit. Comes with Remote, Book, all hose and window attachments, and extra parts to make sure it fits in your window. Cash Only. Must pick up. It’s a heavy sturdy unit. The book tells you how to connect your smartphone to the unit. This is a very handy feature. Cross posted.
