Couch is in good, used condition. It was purchased for $900 at living Spaces four years ago. There is some pilling on two seat cushions. These pills can be removed with a fabric shaver. One back pillow has a stuffing leak because the zipper is broken. This does not affect the use ability of the couch. It could be sewn shut if need be. The couch is otherwise in great condition.
