He kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and worked with my insurance as well as with me to let us understand what was going on. Was reached out through mail to sell my car. Followed through with text messaging and scheduled an appointment a week out. Upon going to the appointment, the salesman said they car I wanted was at a different dealership, which mind you I booked a week out so they very easily could have transported the car, and then after showing them the text thread speaking with Erika, the manager rudely says he DOESNT KNOW WHO THAT IS! Are you kidding me? Absolutely shady and terrible experience. Surprised they’re still open.

I know they are the same owner, but I came here after a not so great exeprience with SB Nissan. I am so glad I did!!! Adam in sales was amazing. He listened to what I wanted,  didn't try to change my mind, and advocated for the deal. The sales manager was also very kind and got us the terms we wanted at a better rate than my credit union. I would have been in and out in just over an hour if the printers were working. That's not their fault at all, that was just a fluke. I recommend this dealership for a fair and honest transaction!!!
