Used (normal wear)For sale is a 7.74K DC Watt Solar PV array circa 2011 which includes: 36-215 Watt Sanyo solar panels, an SMA SunnyBoy string inverter, Locus Energy electricity production monitoring hardware, and the corresponding roof racking system. This array is currently installed on my roof, but it will be removed by a certified solar company within the next 2-3 weeks as part of a complete roof replacement. The array has produced 10,457 kWh in the last 12 months (max single day production this year was on 06/03 with 51.8kWh produced), which equates to approximately 10 Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC) per year. This equals about $1,045.70 in electricity production per year (assuming a rate of $0.10 per kWh, which is a relatively low rate) plus approximately $450.00 in SREC's at today's market rate in Maryland (this can vary with market conditions). There are no known defects with any components of the system, and the system is currently producing electricity with no issues. I am selling the array simply because I am in need of additional electricity production to offset some increased usage and it makes sense to upgrade the system in conjunction with the installation of a new roof. The asking price for all components is $4,499.00 OBO, and the buyer will need to arrange for pick-up. All components are being sold as is with no warranty provided by the seller, though buyers are welcome to inspect and test any components with a multimeter prior to purchase if desired. Additional photos or system production stats can be provided upon request. Please feel free to send a message with any questions. Thank you!
