For sale is a 7.74K DC Watt Solar PV array circa 2011 which includes: 36-215 Watt Sanyo solar panels and an SMA SunnyBoy. The array has produced 10,457 kWh in the last 12 months (max single day production this year was on 06/03 with 51.8kWh produced), which equates to approximately 10 Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC) per year. This equals about $1,045.70 in electricity production per year (assuming a rate of $0.10 per kWh, which is a relatively low rate) plus approximately $550.00 in SREC's at today's market rate in Maryland (this can vary with market conditions). There are no known defects with any components of the system, and the system is currently producing electricity with no issues. I am selling the array because I am in need of additional electricity production to offset some increased usage. The system needed to be removed from my roof regardless due to some require roof work, so it makes sense to install a larger system in conjunction with the roof work.
