This is an awesome deal for anyone who is looking to start a teardrop build! I started it last year and never had a chance to finish. It was left outside under a tarp but unfortunately some moisture got to it. None of the wood is rotted through. The floor is insulated and under coated. At this price you could tear it down and make your own design or turn it into a utility trailer. Comes with tons of brand new parts that are worth more than what I’m asking.. windows, vent fan, sink, counter, water jugs, carpet, lights , wiring , circuit breaker, tongue box, trailer lights, and more! I’ve got more than $2500 in parts including the trailer.. I’m asking for $1000. Please serious offers only! Trailer is 5x8 feet
