I have a gaming pc with vertical gpu mount and accessories for sale. Everything has been tested and works well. If the pc has been unplugged from power for a long time, the next time you turn it on you will need to do memory training by flipping the power supply off, holding the power button down then flipping the power supply back on. You should only have to do this once if you keep it plugged into power. If you have any questions just let me know. This is for the desktop only.
