Columbia Sportswear "Interchange" jacket, mens size S

I'm selling a Columbia Sportswear "Interchange" jacket in a men's size S (see pics). The jacket is in excellent condition! It is super clean, and all of the zippers work flawlessly. The only issue I can find is one small area where the fabric has been roughed up a bit (see second pic). This is an Interchange jacket, so you can add an inside liner which can be zippered to the inside of the jacket, in order to add an extra layer of insulation insulation (the liner is not included). This is an Omni-Tech jacket, which provides "premium, air-permeable waterproof protection". Basically, Omni-Tech is Columbia Sportswear's version of Gore-Tex. The jacket comes with a removable hood, as it is attached to the jacket via a zipper plus Velcro. I'm selling the jacket for $25 (firm, and cash only please). I'm not interested in any lower offers at this time, with the following exception: if you pick up the jacket in person, I will give you a $5 discount. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to ship this jacket to you, but I'm even happier if I don't have to ship it because shipping is a time-consuming chore. Right now the jacket is in my climate-controlled storage unit in inner SE Portland (near OMSI), so we would have to meet up there.
