Description

Asking $2,000 OBO for my 2007 VW Rabbit, being sold as-is. This car should not be driven daily in its current state. This 2-door hatchback has a clean title and only 120k miles, but the automatic transmission needs fixed or repaired. John at Wagen Haus said the transmission needs a new valve body and wiring harness. Or he suggested finding another transmission from salvage. The car is in decent shape otherwise, but also has an engine light for misfiring of cylinder 5. The guys at CARS on S Adams St said this is due to a leaky valve cover and recommended a new valve cover, ignition coils, and spark plugs. So I bought and have all of those things, which will be included for the buyer.
