- Totally renovated 2 and 1/2 years ago. Parked on private property that I plugged into their house and had a hose attached to their house for my water. - No black or gray tank or water tank!! I had a hose that ran into the drain on the property I was parked on for my gray water. I do still have the water tank, that will come with the trailer, I just never needed it so it’s not hooked up. I had a heated hose hooked up to the side of the house. -Composting Toilet from Natures Head, so no need for a black tank! - The plates are expired. - All kitchen Appliances are coming with! The Microwave came with the trailer when I bought it and works great! Toaster oven, cook top, fridge (less than a year old) and coffee maker! - Bought new tires when I bought the trailer, and they have only been on the road a couple times. When I was parked on the property, the trailer was jacked up so the tires were not sitting on the ground! -20 feet and about 5,000 lbs - I am asking $8,000 or best offer for this trailer as my Dad and I took everything down to the studs and replaced a lot of dry rot and have a lot of time and $$ invested in it.
