Great working light. I've had major yields on this bad boy. I've upgraded to a higher end led so I don't need this one anymore. It has a switch for metal halide and sodium bulbs. Hps has the closest spectrum resemblent to the sun so you really don't need more then 250w to grow thick bulky buds. There's videos of this hps and results online. This device is plug in and play. It has a prebuilt ballast internally so all you have to do is hang it Open to all trades
