Very cool trailer in great shape for being as old as it is. Hard to find size and weight that you can tow with just about any SUV and with a layout you rarely see in one this small (TONS of storage, tv shelf at foot of bed full bath with extra sink etc, full medicine cabinet etc). Built like a tank, all plywood inside. Dual axle Sleeps 5, Everything works, Nothing leaks. Two small spots under end caps saw some water with previous owner, very minor and was caught early. Brand new EPDM roof (liquid) in July 2019. Fully factory sealed underbody. Clean TITLE IN HAND and in my name, as is, no warranty, cash only, no trades and I will not hold it.
