I did not even get a chance to try the treadmill out!  It is literally brand new; it is without its original box, since I had it professionally assembled and set up, and they took the box and packaging away with them.  With having to move the treadmill into a storage unit, the arms and display console had to be dis-assembled and set aside with the running deck in the storage unit, so these parts will need to be re-attached when setting this treadmill up again.  I am begrudgingly selling this treadmill since I am having to move out-of-state soon and Im NOT moving it with me (lol ☹)!   It is a strong and sturdy, well-built, lovely treadmill.  Most home treadmills have a 2.5 CHP motor.  However, this treadmill has a powerful 3.0 CHP motor!  The retail price on this treadmill is $1,799.99.  I bought this during a fitness sale and am discounting it even further to you since I must get the equipment cleared out of the paid storage unit.  The storage unit is at my local U-Haul, where you basically pull your truck right up to the unit door and load the treadmill onto your vehicle.  Retail Price:  $ 1,799.99 Sell Price:        $ 809.00 !!!
