Fleetwood terry 1961 10 foot travel trailer. 2 inch ball receiver with working tow lights. Clean title. Needs new tabs but can include free trip permit with sale. Perfect compact size, tows well with our Toyota Tacoma. Bed is queen sized, sleeps two comfortably. If you are ambitious, you could have a second bed up top for another adult or child, or just use it for storage. Original ice box that has worked well for us. Also original pink sink and brown stove. We have never personally used stove. No bathroom but can include small porta potty that fits nicely inside closet. Has brand new tires plus one spare tire, brand new. Also a brand new roof vent and brand new door latch with lock and custom made curtains. Light weight linoleum “wood” floors installed for easy cleanup! Interior light by bed has plug-in for charging capabilities. Original tables which flip up to accommodate the bed or can be left down for dining area. Exterior power hook up that is generator ready! Some warping on back curved wall from previous water damage during care of last owner. Back seam was resealed by us but in my opinion I would probably reseal the whole roof again for preventative maintenance.
