This lLift Chair is practically new it lifts you up so you can step right out of the chair and it reclines all the way back ...it has two separate controllers one for lifting and reclining and a separate one for Vibration and heat you don’t have to keep both of them plugged in at the same time only if you think you need to use the heat and the vibration you can plug them in separate to the wall but if you do want them plugged in at the same time you can it’s just the way the chair is made and the lift chair works perfectly .. non smoking home, no can the chair is stored in my husbands office it is not use at all I am selling it for a family member Thank you for you time
