Electric tricycle, 60 V controller & 500 W motor

Up for sale is this electric tricycle from China I used it drove like 6000 miles on it all over chicago It needs all the brake lines brake cables fixed on it The front tire rim and drum brake is new and the fork is brand new The first Picture is how it looked when it was brand new The rest of the pictures are of it as it is now broken for parts repair It still powers on and drives around, but there are no breaks & it has been previously welded It comes with the original battery which I only used 4 months . It’s a lead acid battery 60 V 20 amp’s weighs around 70 pounds. battery does not power on the tricycle so you’ll have to get that checked up with a lead acid battery expert. but i have a spare battery you can use to test it turns on the day of purchase but it is not included I just had that battery lead acid battery in storage . And I haven’t used that battery in over a year . I think the oil needs to be replaced or added because at one point I noticed it was leaking out but I’m not sure if all of it leaked out I gave up on this project. Since in order to get it working, it needs a very good mechanic and I don’t know how to much. I had just fixed the front tire and fork and then that happened. Original price i paid was 3500$ so hopefully you can fix it and get the breaks and battery running.
