this is the electric corded version. it has a plug coming out the back you plug an extension cord in to, and youre good to go. this thing scrubs floors like an absolute champion, it does not mess around. it rotates great, the fluid comes out perfectly, the rubber on the squeegee that drags behind it isn't worn out cracked it's almost in new condition and has been very well cared for. great for cleaning any large area. holds a lot of cleaner/water, no leaks, brush bristles are still in wonderful shape, you literally don't need anything else except an extension cord and some floor cleaner. you can use it as it sits right off the bat and youre more than welcome to test and verify functionality before taking it home. need gone ASAP, which is why it's priced the way it is. these are like$2,500 machines when they're new. I'm not even asking for 1/4 of that, and this thing has BARELY even been used. $550, first come first serve. pickup only in Van nuys.
