Description

Includes one leaf to expand by approximately 2 feet. The dimensions without the leaf are 40.25” x 72.25” x 30.5”. The top was kept safe with arts and crafts plastic covers, so there is no damage to the to the top. There are eight chairs which are in rough shape, not included in the price above, but willing to include for free. I’m not handy enough to do the repairs necessary. The chairs themselves are fine and sturdy. It’s just the seats that need attention. They are faux, leather and peeling badly. Pick up only. Legs have been removed for ease of transportation. Venmo or cash.
