I bought my 4Runner in 2006 and James and Michael have been taking care of all of my service needs - especially when dealing with my mom.  They are always so thorough about identifying issues. Helped my aunt, on a strict budget, purchase a car from Koons Tysons and Valentine, the sales representative, was great to work with.  He was honest, responsive and really cared about making sure the customer experience was top notch. We found the car online, and were able to work with Valentine by phone and text, in one day, to get the best price on the sale and trade in. Incredible! All we needed to do was show up, test drive, and purchase the car based on the already negotiated price for both purchase and trade in.  No haggling or up selling. A true transparent and   seamless process.  Since the purchase, Valentine has followed up to make sure the tags have been received, and the car is still running great.  Would work with Valentine and Koons Tysons Toyota again without hesitation.

Nice car-buying experience at Koons Toyota.  I did not have a lot of time to spend on car shopping, and my goal was to choose the best offer I saw on-line for the specifications I was looking for.  From the time I walked into Koons Toyota without an appointment to the the time I drove out with my new Corolla Hatchback was under 3 hours.  The staff was helpful, efficient, straightforward, and not pushy.  I appreciated that the on-line web-site information on inventory and dealer advertised prices was validated when I showed-up in person.  Thanks Russell.
