Rare vintage Dixie Cup featuring advertising for WINNIE’S CHUCK WAGON CATERERS. Made by Dixie Cup Division of American Can Co. in Easton, Pennsylvania. Winnie’s Chuck Wagon was based in Maryland and begun by former Maryland Secretary of State Winfield M. Kelly, Jr.. Before entering politics, Kelly began Winnie’s while in his teens… starting with one truck and eventually expanding to a fleet of 150 food trucks and 500 employees. The business largely served meals to industrial workers as noted in their advertising… “Industrial Catering Specialists”. Kelly sold the business in 1968. This advertising cup is unused and in excellent condition with no dents, tears or any other defects. Displays Beautifully!! Measures about 3.25” high. See pics for more details.
