Made by a small UK-based, Black owned dress shop. Dress is extremely well-made and high quality. Has a zipper on the skirt to make a leg slit as high or as low as you’d like (zipper fully zipped and fully unzipped pictured). Size is 3X, but it’s UK sizing, so it fits more like a U.S. 1X/2X. Only worn once. Great to dress up or down. Originally purchased for $125.
