My little RV needs a new home. And some TLC as you can see from the pictures. The outside is in ok shape , l have resealed it mostly . Needs a little touching up in some areas but does not leak any more. For the inside well it does need some work. The ceiling above the cab area and the floor in the kitchen in the bathroom is not completed. Needs the floor covering vinyl in the bathroom and the kitchen area still needs to be laid I do have all of the material. Also I have the carpet for the remainder of the living quarters and it for the cab area that still needs to be laid. Due to me being a 57 year old female that is going to have a hip replacement in a month this project is to much for me to do and get done. So l have came to the decision two-part with my little RV. It would be a good project for someone that has the ability to do so themselves. I didn't know what to ask for it due to the work that needs to be done to it. My son said to start at 2,000 and go from there. I will also consider trades. The motor strong V6 with only 84,000 miles . Other then the water damage the interior is in good over all condition . Everything works , the Frig. Air, Stove , also it has a microwave. It does not have a on board generator. If you have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking. Jenny
