1) 11 year old couch (original owner) 2) Non-smoker, non-pet household 3) Visible stains (beer, food, and non-bodily liquid!) or at least some dark-ish spots on the microfiber material that can probably be somewhat washed out, which we have done in years past but have not done so in quite some time. 4) Large tear (picture #2) under cushion next to far right armrest. 5) You’d need to pickup but I will help load 6) White spot in picture is sun coming in window not a weird stain
