1996 Coleman Key West by Fleetwood Pop Up Trailer

It’s a 1996 year model. New tires and Bearing Buddy caps installed this year. No roof leaks. It can use a fresh coating to make a brighter white roof appearance. It has the sink and stove in it but I never tried to run water or cook inside the trailer. It has two tanks under that I have not messed with but I see no damage . Roof AC works. The fridge doesn’t work so I just took it out. I’ll include it and you can decide if you want to mess with it. Bed mattress are really comfortable and about queen size. They are huge. Plastics are in decent shape. Clear with no tears. It will need some adjusting to allow the door to seal and the window zipper to zip properly. It’s an easy fix. Outside can use a good scrub. The tent materials are sturdy and show some sun wear. No leaks. Tongue storage box needs some tlc but still functions. The box lid should be replaced. The screen door needs a handle/latch. It tows really well. I recently used the trailer in the high desert, Mammoth, Ventura and had a great time.
