New tires and bearing buddy caps No roof leaks Roof AC I have the fridge but I took it out of the trailer. Bed mattress are in really good condition. Plastics are in decent shape. Clear with no tears. Outside can use a good scrub. Tongue storage box needs some tlc but still functions. Tows really well. Stored in Pico Rivera if you’d like to see
