I found a car here within my budget which is no small feat! I'd been looking for weeks. I found a Nissan Sentra, came with a PASS inspection sticker and full report. There are some minor issues but that's to be expected in my price range. The owner also bought my old car for parts which was a great help. I was very happy with the service; he also has a mechanic on site so I'll definitely be taking it here when I need anything.

BUYER BEWARE – DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I purchased a car from Kostya’s Automotive under the assurance that it only needed minor repairs, specifically replacing the rear strut, and that with a small investment, it would be up and running. That could not have been further from the truth. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered the entire subframe is rotting out and needs to be replaced—a major and costly repair that was never disclosed.

To top it off, as soon as I drove away, the tire pressure light came on. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply filled the tire to mask the problem, despite the fact that the valve stem was corroded and unable to hold air.

Now, I fully expect the owner to respond with something along the lines of, “You purchased the car as-is,” which is true—I did, and I take full responsibility for that. However, that does not excuse shady business practices and misleading customers about the actual condition of their vehicles.

Bottom line: This is not a trustworthy place to buy a car. If you value your time, money, and sanity, go somewhere else.

I was very pleased with my experience with Kostyas auto! He was very polite and was willing to work with me. I 10/10 recommend them for anyone looking for a nice good running vehicle, at a great price!
